Predoc Administration

Our office ask for 2 weeks process time from the anticipate hire date.

1. Once our office receives the packet completed, we will then submit it to your fund manager for approval.
2. Once it is approved, the student will be contacted (usually via email) to come in to complete and sign their new hire paperwork.
3. An unrestricted 78 account will be needed to process any fees that are not covered by the fellowship.
