Jill Fodstad, PhD HSPP BCBA-D

Dr. Jill Fodstad is an Associate Professor of Clinical Psychiatry in the Department of Psychiatry at Indiana University School of Medicine. Her clinical and research interests focus on the development and dissemination of models of identification and treatment for co-occurring conditions in individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities including self-injurious behavior, regression, and psychiatric conditions. Dr Fodstad is presently the Clinical Director of the Early and Emerging Self-injury Clinic at Riley Hospital for Children and is the Director of Psychological Services for the Autism Biobehavioral Unit at the Indiana NeuroDiagnostic Institute. She is presently the site-PI of an NIH-funded multi-site study investigating biomarkers for Alzheimer syndrome in adults with Down Syndrome and is a PI on a foundational study aimed at developing autism-focused assessment and treatment protocols for general acute psychiatric medical settings. Dr. Fodstad in on the Editorial Board of Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders and is the Editor in Chief of Review Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders.
