At the core of the Staglin IMHRO CCN mission is education. The center offers a pilot funds program, that provides unique support to especially to young investigators, training activities in neuroimaging, hosts class visits, and regularly provides one-on-one training to researchers.
Brainstorm 2015 Los Angeles Training Workshop (Oct 26-27): Co-organized by Staglin CCN, this exclusive workshop offers attendees hands-on training in two cutting-edge software packages: Brainstorm (http://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/) and BrainSuite (http://brainsuite.org/). The tools support advanced M/EEG analysis and anatomical MR modeling & analysis, respectively. UCLA Neuroimaging Training Program: Comprehensive NeuroImaging Training Program (the NITP) at the Pre-Doctoral level (UCLA students only) and an annual short course directed to post-graduates and pre-doctoral trainees. NITP Advanced fMRI Summer Program: Two week intensive summer program on advanced topics in neuroimaging, open to the neuroimaging community. The program includes expert guest lecturers, hands-on labs, lectures and small-group opportunities for deep discussion of advanced topics in neuroimaging.
