Practice Information:

Practice Style: I specialize in the treatment of Anxiety and Depression. My approach is to first control symptoms using Cognitive Behavior Therapy or Medication. Later, if the patient is inclined, we will explore the roots of Anxiety, Depression, Self Consciousness or Relationship Problems with Psychotherapy to enhance insight and optimize coping.
