Milky Kohno

Milky Kohno is a postdoctoral fellow at UCLA’s Semel Institute of Neuroscience and BioBehavioral Services. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at UC Berkeley and received her PhD in Neuroscience from UCLA. She has published several papers examining the neural circuitry that mediates risky decision-making by linking the effects of brain activation, functional brain connectivity, and dopamine receptor function on risk-taking behavior. Her work utilizes multimodal imaging to identify systems-level biomarkers for the susceptibility of maladaptive decision-making in drug dependence with the objective to merge basic science with clinically relevant aims.
