PEERS® for Young Adults Certified Trainings
The PEERS® for Young Adults Certified Training Seminar: Caregiver-Assisted Intervention is designed exclusively for mental health professionals, educators, medical professionals, speech and language pathologists, occupational and recreational therapists, researchers, and other professionals who work with young adults with social challenges. Attendees will obtain 24 hours of training over 3 days regarding use of the PEERS® Curriculum and the research behind the program.
In addition to being accredited as a PEERS® Certified Provider, completion of this training includes:
- All materials needed to successfully implement your own PEERS® for Young Adults program, including proprietary measures and forms
- Expertise to administer the PEERS® for Young Adults program in educational or clinical settings
- Inclusion on the PEERS® Certified Providers directory, providing opportunities for patient referrals from our clinic here at UCLA
