South Carolina Developmental Disabilities Council

The mission of the South Carolina Developmental Disabilities Council is to provide leadership in advocating, funding and implementing initiatives which recognize the inherent dignity of each individual, and promote independence, productivity, respect and inclusion for all persons with disabilities and their families through a range of support systems for accessing opportunities for persons with disabilities and their families.
