Relay Maryland

Relay Maryland is a free service that provides full telephone accessibility to people who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, deaf-blind, and speech-disabled. This service allows hearing callers to communicate with text-telephone (TTY) and special phone users and vice versa through specialty trained Communication Assistants (CAs). This program also offers FREE assistive telephones to disabled individuals not able to use a standard phone.
