New York Foundation for The Arts

The New York Foundation for the Arts was founded in 1971 with the mission to empower artists across all disciplines at critical stages in their creative lives. Recognizing their broad ranging needs of their constituents, they conduct their activities through three primary channels: financial support through cash grants and fiscal sponsorship for individual artists, performing arts companies, and emerging organizations; professional development training through workshops; seminars and individual consultations; and extensive online resources for artists and arts organizations.
