The New Mexico Commission for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Persons (NMCDHH) provides communication access and development, telecommunications and technical assistance, and public policy and advocacy programs and services for over 250,000 people in New Mexico who are visually impaired, hard of hearing, or both.
