New Jersey Relay

New Jersey Relay is a free service that provides full telephone accessibility to people who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, deaf-blind, and speech-disabled. This service allows hearing callers to communicate with text-telephone (TTY) users and vice versa through specialty trained Communication Assistants (CAs).
