Minnesota Deaf Blind Association (MDBA)

The Minnesota DeafBlind Association (MDBA) enhances the way of life for persons who are visually impaired. They promote education and social and cultural betterment for these individuals and encourage and assist them, especially those who are newly blinded, to develop their abilities and to assume they are responsibly placed in their communities. They are an advocate for the blind and visually impaired as well as offer information services for them and their families.
