Creative Work Systems helps people with cognitive, physical and psychiatric disabilities increase self-sufficiency through employment, independent living support, personal skills development, and social/interpersonal opportunities. CWS diminishes the social, cultural, employment, attitudinal and physical barriers that impede participation in community life.
