Audio Descriptions Solutions

Audio Description Coalition members are trained audio describers, administrators, and users dedicated to the highest quality of audio description through training, mentoring, evaluation and professional development and are committed to upholding the Audio Description Coalition Standards for Audio Description and Code of Professional Conduct for Describers. Audio Describer Alliance advocates compensation for audio description services, including training, description, mentoring and professional development. They recognize the initial professional describer training programs of no less than two full days. The training should be led by an audio description trainer who adheres to the Audio Description Coalition Standards for Audio Description and Code of Professional Conduct for Describers with a minimum of five years of ongoing experience as a describer and/or administrator.
