Alabama Disabilities Advocacy Program (ADAP)

The Office of Protection and Advocacy for person with disabilities is an independent State agency created to safeguard and advance the civil and human rights of people with disabilities in Alabama. Protection and Advocacy provides referrals, consultations, and levels of advocacy assistance. Their services include legal administrative remedies on behalf of people with disabilities who experience disability related discrimination, including protection under the ADA.
