Dietary Habits Survey

The UCLA Longevity Center and the UCLA Teaching Kitchen are collaborating on a project to produce webinars to help adults over 50 years learn about preparing convenient, quick, healthy meals. The goal of the webinars will be to provide practical information on reducing the risk of chronic age-related disease (e.g. diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease) associated with cognitive decline. The survey takes about 12 minutes to complete. We are asking you to please complete this anonymous survey to help us better understand the needs and desires of people in the Los Angeles community.
