Longevity Center
The UCLA Longevity Center’s Mission, in part, is to promote living better, longer lives through research. Motion Study
This study is for people ages 55 years and above. The main objective is to look at the effects of Tai Chi, gentle mindfulness exercises, and a health, education, and wellness program in individuals with mild cognitive impairment. You will be randomly chosen to one of those groups. Recruitment will continue until 2024.
