The UCLA Longevity Center’s Mission, in part, is to promote living better, longer lives through research. Although we are not actively conducting research studies through the Center, below, please find links to our colleagues’ research related to brain health, caregiver wellness, depression, and neurodegenerative disease.
This study is for people ages 55 years and above. The main objective is to look at the effects of Tai Chi, gentle mindfulness exercises, and a health, education, and wellness program in individuals with mild cognitive impairment. You will be randomly chosen to one of those groups. Recruitment will continue until 2024.
