Memory Training
What is Memory Training?
Memory Training is an intensive course teaching memory enhancing techniques and practical strategies to boost memory functioning. Research has shown that the techniques are effective compensatory strategies for people with mild age-related memory challenges. We offer two versions of the course: a 4-session course appropriate for community dwelling adults 50+ years with mild, age related memory complaints. The second is an 8-session version designed for people with mild memory changes living in residential communities (e.g. independent living, assisted living). The course is offered virtually via ZOOM.
The course is not appropriate for people with Alzheimer's disease or other types of dementia. Memory Training is an educational program and not intended as a treatment for memory disorders.
Please note that we do not offer make-up sessions for missed classes.

The Longevity Center also offers licenses for approved individuals or organizations who would like to offer the program to their community.
