Brain Boot Camp
This intensive, interactive course provides participants with lifestyle strategies and tools to keep their brains vital and healthy. Brain Boot Camp is offered virtually to individuals and small groups. The course focuses on key Pillars of Cognitive Health including sleep, social interaction, mental stimulation, diet, and exercise, that are essential to maintaining mental sharpness and staving off cognitive decline as people age.
