About

The Integrative Center for Sleep and Performance (ICSP) at UCLA is a collaborative effort to leverage the pioneering and innovative work in sleep, circadian rhythms, and performance at UCLA. By bringing together scientists, clinicians, and educators at UCLA, we aim to create a community whose broad interests coalesce around studying sleep and performance. The center will provide a hub for the group to gather and explore burgeoning research and academic opportunities. It will also expose the group members to the most exciting ideas and innovative research in sleep, rhythms, and physical/athletic performance. Since we are spread across different campuses and work sites, the Integrative Center allows us to gather as a group and explore burgeoning research and academic opportunities. It also exposes the group members to the most exciting ideas and innovative research in sleep, biological rhythms, and performance.
