November 13, 2014 Teleconference: Leveraging Change

Linda O'Neal and Richard Rosenberg led a discussion on the LECTs dissemination and leveraging of their practices.  By leverage, we mean how each of the projects/programs are able to use their work as a springboard towards achieving, connecting or linking to something else that furthers their ability to achieve ICE for youth/young adults with IDD.
