Dr. Shafali Jeste's program helps children throughout the US

More than 100 NBC, CBS and FOX networks across the United States covered an ongoing study by Dr. Shafali Jeste and UCLA’s Center for Autism Research and Treatment, part of the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior, that is using a novel remote training program to improve communication skills in children at risk of developmental disorders such as autism. The program highlighted a family from Arkansas that took part in the program through the use of telemedicine.
