Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is the fastest growing neurodevelopmental disorder in the United States, affecting approximately 1 in 44 children (CDC 2021). UCLA CART’s goal is to change the world of families impacted by autism by understanding its causes, improving diagnosis, and developing transformative therapies.
