POSTPONED: “Advances in Autism 2020” (CART Scientific Symposium)
Thank you for your continued interest in and support of the UCLA Center for Autism Research and Treatment.
UCLA Chancellor Gene Block informed the campus community that UCLA is transitioning to online learning platforms and limiting the number of people on campus in order to curb the spread of COVID-19. These changes will continue through at least April 10.
Out of abundance of caution, UCLA CART’s “Advances in Autism” has been postponed.
As you likely know, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Infection and other public health authorities are closely tracking the novel coronavirus known as COVID-19. UCLA Health is committed to ensuring the safety of the greater Los Angeles community. The event is being postponed as a precautionary measure to protect the health and wellness of participants and their friends and families.
We look forward to rescheduling the event and will communicate a new date and time at our earliest opportunity.
Thank you for your understanding. We are grateful for the dedication and teamwork of so many in our community who are working hard and making personal sacrifices to prioritize public health.
