School of Continuing Education
The School of Continuing Education Transition program is designed for students with developmental or learning disabilities and results in a certificate in either independent living or pre-vocational training. The program provides instruction in job skills training, decision making and independent living to prepare students to live and work in their community.
Housing: No housing is offered through this program.
Duration: The certificate program is a two year course of study.
Application:
Students meet with a disability specialist prior to enrolling in classes. They determine goals, select classes to meet their needs and verify disability.

Most classes are free; 2 classes receive funding through Regional Center
Transition services for Students exiting the program:
Students graduating from the Transition program will connect with a Transition Specialist to determine appropriate support agencies to help student meet their vocational and living goals.
