Describe the style and technique you used to create your art:
I painted this piece with Winsor and Newton oil paints on canvas. I used a photo I had taken at a garden as reference. I then sketched out the main outline of the flower petals in yellow pencils and painted with oil paints mixed with linseed oil. I used the oils very thinly and smoothly, without added texture.
