Gait Kinematics and Energy Cost Following Musculoskeletal Tumor Resection

Project summary

The purpose of this study is to retrospectively assess patients who have undergone
tumor resection in the UCLA Department of Orthopaedic surgery. Limb salvage was
performed in a majority of these patients with amputation as a last resort.The results
of this study will provide surgeons and patients with expectations for functional
outcomes following limb salvage.
