Protection and Advocacy Services is an independent State agency created to safeguard and advance the civil and human rights of people with disabilities in Kentucky. Protection and Advocacy provides referrals, consultations, and levels of advocacy assistance. Their services include legal administrative remedies on behalf of people with disabilities who experience disability related discrimination, including protection under the ADA.
