Research Interests:
Dr. Zhen-Duan’s research program falls into two mains areas: 1) the use of community-based participatory research approaches to address health disparities and 2) examining the biological mechanisms (i.e., epigenetic, neuroendocrine) linking childhood traumatic stress and and substance use among Latinx youth.
