Maritza Johnson

Maritza Johnson received her undergraduate degree in political science at the University of California, Los Angeles. She is currently working on the Neural Systems, Inhibitory Control, and Methamphetamine Dependence study examining how chronic use of methamphetamine affects the brain, and how these effects may influence the way users think, make decisions, and focus attention. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, cooking, and strategic gaming. She plans on applying to an M.D.-Ph.D. program in the following year.
