Mental Health Kokua believes that all citizens should have an opportunity to live and participate in and contribute to their communities. Through specially designed services and settings, Mental Health Kokua assists people with mental illness, housing, case management, psychosocial rehabilitation, psychiatry, and counseling in order to achieve optimum recovery and functioning in the community.
