Sandra Noriega is the conductor/founder of the Oakland Public Conservatory of Music Symphony Orchestra, and the conductor of the String Orchestra, called Strings Attached, of the Community Women's Orchestra. In addition, she conducted at the Kiev State Orchestra and the Pleven Philharmonic in Bulgaria and was accompanied by her service dog, Angie. She was the Assistant Conductor of the Community Women's Orchestra. She understands that the road to success as a conductor takes perserverance and determination.
