Advanced Geriatric Psychiatry

Overview

This seminar reviews a range of topics on mental health and aging, including normal aging, medical aspects of aging, diagnosis and assessment, geriatric psychopathology, treatments, and organizational, financial and legal issues. Offered throughout the year, Tuesdays, 12-1:30 p.m., Room C8-177, Semel Institute and Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital. Prerequisite: fellow in geriatrics, resident in psychiatry, or consent of instructor.
