Simple Glioblastoma Subclassifier

Welcome to the Simple GBM web server. This site contains an automated method of creating The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) classifications and MDS plots for microarray data from Glioblastoma Multiforme samples.

The site is free, but in order to access our server you must create a login. Data is input from *.csv files, easily produced from excel. Instructions are available on the login pages.
