Chronic Sleep Loss in Youths Identified as Major Public Health Issue

Chronic sleep loss in children and teenagers has been identified as a major fixable public health issue in the United States.  The YSAM Program received a Cousins Center grant to address this critical issue (See YSAM Research Projects). For more information on sleep in children and adolescents:
