- GSR’s are paid on the 1st of every month
- I am not signed up for direct deposit where can I pick up my check?
- You may pick up your check from the payroll office at B7-370 Semel; you will need to have proper identification to pick up your paycheck.

- How do I submit my timesheet?
- To submit your timesheet log on to David Geffen School of Medicine reporting system: https://www.timesheet.medsch.ucla.edu/login.aspx
- When are timesheets due?
- Timesheets are due on the 10th of every month
- I forgot to submit my timesheet what can I do?
- Please submit a paper timesheet to Iriss Brion or Maricruz Peña before the 15th of the month. Paper timesheet can be found here: GSR.TIMESHEET GENERAL.pdf
- I advanced to candidacy will my step be automatically increased?
- No, please be sure to notify your administrator about this so that they may submit proper paperwork to increase your step.
- I obtained my Master’s degree will my step be automatically increased?
