The webinar on the California Career Resource Network (CalCRN) program will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday November 1, 2017.

Mr. John Merris-Coots coordinator of the California Career Resource Network (CalCRN) program at the California Department of Education (CDE) will provide an overview of the CalCRN’s no-cost online and mobile career guidance resources. Participants will learn about updates to CalCRN’s resources including the California CareerZone, the California Career Center, and the Career Surfer mobile app. Participants will be able to immediately begin using these tools to help students assess their career related interests, identify occupational options, and develop career action plans.

Who should attend

This webinar is intended to provide career-focused information to colleges that are supporting students to prepare for employment.

DSP&S Coordinators & Directors, College to Career program staff, California Community Colleges' Administrators, Deans of Career Technical Education, Deans of Workforce Development, Academic and Career Counseling Services, Faculty, Workability III Coordinators, and anyone who is interested in the topic may attend.
