The Science of Handling Bullying for Children and Adolescents: The UCLA PEERS Program

On Wednesday, September 14, from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM, Dr. Laugeson will be presenting on "The Science of Handling Bullying for Children and Adolescents: The UCLA PEERS Program" at the UCLA Semel Institute's Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Grand Rounds! The presentation will take place in the Marisa Leif conference room at UCLA in the 300 Medical Plaza. All are welcome to attend!

Objectives:

  • Identify the differences between complex forms of bullying among youth.
  • Be equipped to provide concrete strategies for handling teasing, physical bullying, cyber bullying, and rumors/gossip for peer-rejected youth.
