Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior
The Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior is an internationally-reknowned teaching and research facility dedicated to the study of human neuroscience and related fields. As an integral part of the UCLA Health System, the Institute offers education and training at both undergraduate and graduate levels and supports an active and varied program of basic and clinical research.
The building at 760 Westwood Plaza is located at the western end of the Center for Health Sciences and opposite the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center; the medical enterprise dominates the southern half of the UCLA campus and is adjacent to Westwood Village in Los Angeles. The building is home to many of the teaching and research programs within the Semel Institute, and some partial/day clinical services are also located within this building. It is also the administrative center of the Institute.
