Rhode Island Developmental Disabilities Council works together to listen to the ideas and problems of people with developmental disabilities, change services and supports to better meet their needs, suggest new laws to create better services and protect people's rights, inform people with disabilities about services, and inform the public about the rights and abilities of people with disabilities.
