Supervision of Psychiatric rehabilitation Teams

This course describes the research on program and staff factors that promote client change. It teaches supervisors to train and support staff in the technical and interpersonal aspects of psychiatric rehabilitation. Participants practice interventions for supervising staff on issues including ethics, boundaries, relationship problems, motivation, productivity, and program atmosphere. Offered Winter quarter, Tuesdays, 9 a.m. - 12 noon, Pacific Clinics.
