Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Skills Groups for Teens
Project Description
The treatment is a cognitive-behavioral therapy for teens (ages 13-17) with mood difficulties and their parents. This evidence-based treatment is provided at no cost, as it is part of a research program in which we are studying whether a mobile app can improve the practice and acquisition of the treatment skills. Families are paid for their time to complete three study assessments.
