Susanna Chang, Ph.D.

Dr. Susanna Chang is an Assistant Professor of Child Psychiatry at the UCLA Semel Institute. Her clinical work centers on empirically supported treatments for pediatric tic, OCD, and anxiety disorders. Dr. Chang’s research interests include investigations into the neurocognitive correlates of treatment response in childhood tic, OCD and related conditions as well as how cognitive training paradigms like attention bias modification may help to improve disorders such as OCD and anxiety. She received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of New Mexico and completed her post-doctoral training at UCLA. Dr. Chang has received grant awards from NIMH as well as the Tourette Syndrome Association to study neurocognition in pediatric tic disorders.
