Nader Pouration

Nader Pouratian is a neurosurgeon specializing in neuromodulation, most commonly using deep brain stimulation. His primary interest is in using structural and functional connectivity measures to understand the pathophysiology of the diseases he treats, such as Parkinson's disease and chronic pain. In addition, he aims to develop new methods of applying structural and functional connectivity to help guide therapeutic neuromodulation and to understand the mechanism of action of such interventions.
