UCLA PEERS Training Seminar

PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTRATION FOR THIS SEMINAR IS NOW CLOSED

PEERS is a 14-week evidence-based and parent-assisted social skills intervention for motivated teens with Autism Spectrum Disorders in middle and high school who are interested in learning ways to help them make and keep friends. The PEERS intervention is well supported by positive outcomes in two randomized controlled clinical trials (Laugeson, Frankel, Mogil, & Dillon, 2009 in Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders). The program has received much media attention and has resulted in an overwhelming response by professionals to obtain training in the form of an extended workshop.

We currently have a list of over 200 professionals wishing to obtain this training so that they can meet the large present need for this intervention within their communities.
