Center for Cerebral Palsy The Center is an interdisciplinary clinic, focusing on the medical management of movement disorders in children and adults with cerebral palsy. It is dedicated to improving function in children, adolescents and adults with cerebral palsy and related movement conditions through a program of timely diagnosis, comprehensive assessment and individualized treatment. Kameron Gait and Motion Analysis Laboratory Patients are referred to obtain a complete biomechanical assessment of their gait or other functional movements. In addition, a clinical assessment of their strength, passive range of motion and motor control is performed. Results are reviewed by the treatment team and incorporated into a treatment plan. PEERS Clinic The UCLA Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relationship Skills (PEERS) is a manualized, social skills training intervention for adolescents and young adults. It has a strong evidence-base for use with teens and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, but is also appropriate for teens and young adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other socioemotional problems.
