Track 1: Sue Smalley presents a lecture on the science and research behind mindfulness. Track 2: Lecture on Working with Emotions. Students learn the mindfulness approach to dealing with strong, difficult emotions. Track 3: Sitting Meditation: Working with Emotions. This meditation offers practical instruction on how to be mindful of emotions. Track 4: Feedback on Sitting Meditation and Class Wrap Up. Students share their experience from sitting meditation. Diana then explains how to continue with Home Practice for the week, and ends with a final sitting meditation.
