brainstem substrates of consciousness, schizophrenia, neurobiology, neuroscience My central research interest has been the role of brain stem reticular core and thalamus in the process of consciousness and the control of attention. Secondarily I have studied the neurobiological substrates of schizophrenia with special reference to limbic system and upper brain stem. |
