Dr. Lin is a Mood Disorders fellow at the UCLA Semel Institute of Neuroscience & Human Behavior. He attended the University of Southern California for his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Biological Sciences, where he was a Trustee Scholar and was accepted into the Baccalaureate/M.D. program. Upon graduation, he was awarded a Renaissance Scholarship for majoring in two diverse areas of study. He then matriculated at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California, completed his residency the San Fernando Valley-UCLA Psychiatry program.
After completing his fellowship, Dr. Lin plans to join the clinical faculty at OVMC to participate in residency education, in addition to having a private practice for combined psychopharmacology and psychotherapy.
