Scheduling and policies

 

  • Scheduling. This clinic only occurs on Thursday afternoons. New patient appointments are scheduled at 1:00PM with follow up visits scheduled at either 3 or 4 PM. All appointments are scheduled via UCLA Access at 310-825-9989.
  • Late Arrivals. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for an appointment could mean having to reschedule. We will make every effort to be on time for you and your child. Of course, conditions do arise where there may be occasional delays because of a patient emergency.
  • Cancellations. As per UCLA policy, it is your responsibility to notify the clinician or the clinic at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled appointment in order to avoid a $30.00 No Show Fee.
